Job Description

As a member with SKECHERS USA, Inc IT team, this person will be responsible for supporting ITSM Process Manager to develop, document, train, and maintain Change Management. The IT Analyst should be a process-oriented individual with a data-centric decision-making focus to support and justify potential process improvements while tracking value and ROI. They should drive process evolution and implement a continual improvement cycle. The IT Analyst will support the Infrastructure and Application Development operational teams by enabling a high rate of Change while minimizing negative Service impacts from Change. The IT Analyst will coordinate across disparate teams to ensure process alignment, tooling requirements definition, and governance practices are established. The IT Analyst will assess each proposed Change to balance business risk with business value. This Role will be responsible for IT Change Management Process, the process implementation on ServiceNow and the process continual improvement. *ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES-* * Act as the champion and provide oversight for all change efforts on the IT Application and Infrastructure changes to the production environment. * Chairs, manages, and oversees adhoc Change Advisory Board to address risk and impact of high-risk changes to the production environment. * Familiar with utilizing Change Workbench to chair CAB meetings. * Develop, document and drive adoption of change management process across IT. * Work closely with all IT teams for a cohesive and consistent approach to change process. * Establish and maintain relationships with senior leaders across IT, ensuring alignment with the change process * Provide insight and manage coordinated change impacts across the IT Organization. * Conduct Pre-CAB review impact analysis, risk analysis, testing artifacts and implementation artifacts on all submitted changes. * Define and manage stakeholders, their engagement, and communications throughout the change lifecycle. * Manage the process continual improvement to mature Change Management Process. * Define training needs, determine content required for each stakeholder group, develop content, and drive training delivery. * Build communications necessary to ensure that impacted stakeholders are kept apprised of the upcoming milestones and the change impacts are understood. * Educate business partners about the value of change management and engage the community of change practitioners across the organization. *JOB REQUIREMENTS-* * Define, operate and improve the Change Management function in partnership with the ITSM Process Manager. * Work in close coordination with the Infrastructure and Application Development Operations teams who will implement all Changes in the Production environment. * Plan for standardization, automation, and resiliency as means to de-risk Changes vs. leaning on legacy process and manual reviews * Actively work with ITSM Manager to support and promote Continual Service Improvement (CSI) for Skechers IT. * Participate in development and project activities to help coach teams identify change planning and preparedness. * Flexibility to support a growing organization through multiple roles within the IT SMO as needed. * Train and socialize the change process across the organization. The ideal candidate will have: * Education in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline. * 1+ years ServiceNow Change Management experience and how it supports other ITSM processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Mgt. * ServiceNow Change Certification is a plus. * ITIL Foundations certification is a must. * ITIL advance certification is a plus. * Understanding of the IT ecosystem and its relations to change is a must.
