What You'll Get to Do:
CACI is currently seeking a Senior Functional/Business/System Analyst to join our expanding VA FMBT Team. We are specifically looking for individuals with expertise in Momentum or similar COTS systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) and expertise with federal financial and US Standard General Ledger (USSGL). Successful applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing USSGL postings within COTS software. Must be able to work at Ballston, Arlington and Fairfax location. Due to contract requirements, US citizenship is required.
More About the Role:
Assist with implementing USSGL within a COTS financial system and provide system and federal financial expertise relative to the organization's requirements.
Be a subject matter expert and provide functional guidance to team members, demonstrate expertise in the COTS financial system, federal financial business processes, USSGL, and ERP implementation best practices.
Individual must be able to work independently solving issues related to system or business processes.
Lead a team, coaches, review, and delegate work to other team members.
Requires ability to communicate with leadership regarding matters of significant importance (status, risks, etc.) to the organization.
Provide functional support and assist with documenting configuration requirements, functional design specifications, business processes, and user stories based on requirements.
Collaborate with other analysts and client to understand the organization's business processes and legacy systems environment.
Review requirements by business process area and develop test scenarios.
Execute tests based on Test Plan. Records results. Analyze results to assign Pass/Fail status and create detailed and well-written Test Reports.
Elicit and document business intelligence requirements and conceptual designs for new reports, metrics, and dashboards.

Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines. Flexibility to put in hours needed to meet tight deadlines.
Experience with federal financial management and systems.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Experience working with the Momentum Financials front-end and database.
Experience supporting the implementation of Momentum Financials.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$95,500-$210,100
