In this role you will cultivate and lead programs and strategic partnerships in our hometowns that advance T-Mobile's community impact goals. You will help us make strategic decisions about what organizations align with our purpose and serve as a conduit between T-Mobile and our nonprofit partners. This person will oversee the day-to-day relationships and identify various pathways to increase partnership. You will collaborate across T-Mobile, complete our Corporate & Social Responsibility (CSR) mission, vision, strategy and plan that serves the company's goal of creating a connected world where everyone can thrive.

What you'll do in your role.
Identify strategic partners and programs that align with T-Mobile's priority focus areas of digital empowerment and community vitality
Build and nurture relationships with community partners to understand societal challenges and opportunities in our hometowns and how T-Mobile can help address them
Find opportunities for enhancing partnerships through employee engagement, in-kind contributions, and other channels
Identify and demonstrate best practices in corporate philanthropy, including through impact measurement and storytelling
Understand the landscape of corporate philanthropy and make recommendations to craft policy, systems, and internal processes to align with and exceed industry standard methodologies
Track and analyze CSR data and generate internal reports used for benchmarking and planning
Design and monitor multi-year investments and connect the Foundation's grants to the broader narrative of T-Mobile's role in driving impact
Establish, measure and report on performance indicators that demonstrate progress against CSR objectives
Contribute meaningfully to building the story around T-Mobile's social impact work, as well as use various communications channels to promote T-Mobile's impact and achievements to different customer audiences including employees, investors, and consumers
Use data and storytelling to increase employee awareness of and participation in CSR driven programs
Stay abreast of corporate giving activities across the company, anticipating where support will be needed
Provide cross-team project support as needed, including development of key messages, scripts, FAQs, and other materials for activities from across the CSR team
Proactively source partner content and contribute to the communications plan and channels
Collaborate to curate internal and external communications showcasing T-Mobile's contributions to local communities
Support Foundation operations, overseeing key workstreams and processes across portfolios and with cross-functional teams
Design the grantmaking infrastructure, including building and maintaining T-Mobile's technology platform with vendor partner
Review charitable requests. Perform research, analyze grant requests, make funding recommendations, coordinate internal approval processes and interact with non-profit organizations
Develop a decision matrix that helps us strategically determine which organizations align best to our key focus areas
Discern between foundation and corporate investment opportunities
Assist in managing the T-Mobile Foundation steering committee comprised of cross functional colleagues
The experience you'll bring.
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, PR, or related field
3-5 years' of professional experience. either from a fast paced, high-volume Marketing, Communications, Public Relations and/or Investor Relations function for a large corporation or the nonprofit sector
Strong understanding of the grantmaking process is a must, as well as the ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
Experience working within a matrixed organizational structure where you lead with influence and collaboration
Ability to make decisions with incomplete information, managing through ambiguity, and changing direction rapidly to seize opportunities
Excellent communication skills including well-developed verbal skills, writing and research skills, and strong presentation skills
Be flexible, adaptable and innovative - possessing a natural curiosity - with an ability to envision strategic opportunities and solve problems in an ambiguous, complex and dynamic environment.
