Batteries Plus Bulbs in Huntsville Alabama is hiring part time or full time Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative / Technician. The ideal Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service / Technician candidate must exhibit Retail Sales skills, possess excellent customer service and relationship building skills, must be friendly and outgoing and be able to interact well with customers, and possess an ability to communicate with management as well as be capable of being trained in the repair of electronic smartphones and tablets. Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service / Technician position offers the ability to get in on the ground floor of an exciting new opportunity with Batteries Plus Bulbs. The Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service / Technician candidate will be trained in the knowledge of batteries, light bulbs, repairing electronic smartphone & tablet devices, repairing electrical devices such as kid's riding toys and be trained in automotive key cutting and smart key and remote programming. The successful candidate will also be a team member responsible for selling all of the products associated with the Batteries Plus Bulbs operation.
The Sales Associate enjoys flexible work schedules, competitive wage, sales commission opportunities, paid vacation after one year and more in a customer service oriented organization.

Provide customers with solutions, perform battery tests and installations, and contribute to the overall success of the store. Must be able to lift 5 -20 pounds daily, 20 to 40 pounds frequently and 50 + lbs. occasionally and possess a valid driver's license (required). We provide flexible hours to accommodate a multitude of schedules. Sales Associate Qualifications :
H.S. diploma/equivalent and 6 months prior work experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior retail experience desired but not required
Ability to gain quick and solid understanding of company's electronic retail and cross reference system
Good listening and verbal communication skills with a customer focus
Must possess and use organizational and analytical problem solving skills
Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks to effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines with multiple tasks and projects
Ability to calculate simple math, percent's, ratios and algebraic expressions and read gauges
Demonstrated technical aptitude and or technical experience desired
Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred. Required for driving positions.
