Under general direction, directs labor relations and employee relations functions including development and implementation of strategy for labor negotiations, negotiation and administration of labor contracts, development and implementation of supervisory/managerial training on labor issues, and investigation and resolution of employee relations issues. Work Experience: Over 10 years progressively responsible experience in collective bargaining negotiation and administration.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or related field.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

No certification/licensure required.
