You're someone who pays attention to every detail on a car - and who strives for perfection. We are looking for a Detail Manager in a fast paced production environment in the Charleston SC. Experienced Detailer/Detailer Lead needed to run a High Volume Dealership Reconditioning Facility. As a Detail Manager it will be your job to ensure that your team of detailers are functioning at a high level in order to meet the needs and volume of our client. The detail team that you will oversee is tasked with ensuring that vehicles are in sale condition according to customer specifications by performing a variety of cleaning duties to the interior and exterior of that dealers vehicles. The team will clean out and de-trash the interior of vehicles, do light touch-ups of headlights and wash, buff, wax and detail cars, as needed. Detail operations require a lot of teamwork as they are part of our crew, several detailers working on vehicles together in an assembly line fashion. The goal is to get everything as close to new as possible to enable quick sales.
