Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this position will be responsible for leading the recruiting, workforce development, talent process and Human Resource analytics areas across Essentia Health enterprise. The Vice President, Talent Management will develop and deploy cutting-edge communication strategies to ensure effective communication with current and potential employees. The Vice President, Talent Management will continually build key relationships inside and outside of Essentia Health to create partnerships, nurture informal networks and develop the Essentia brand to assist with staffing needs. The Vice President, Talent Management stays abreast of the impact of healthcare reform, compliance, and workforce inclusion best practices while serving as an influential voice for promoting Essentia Health's brand regionally and nationally.

Education Qualifications:

A Master's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or a related area, in combination with PHR/SPHR, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP certifications.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Minimum eight years of progressively responsible leadership experience in talent acquisition, organization development, and/or talent management in a complex healthcare system with recent experience in the implementation and/or optimization of a standardized human resources delivery mode.
