*JOB PURPOSE-* Skechers is transforming its omnichannel commerce operations to focus on providing a seamless experience to customers whether the client is shopping online from a mobile device, a laptop or in a brick-and-mortar store - designing a cohesive, integrated user experience for a customer at any given touchpoint. Manhattan Active Omni is a modern cloud-native platform of order management, inventory, fulfillment, customer engagement that is fully extensible and can support global promotions, inventory promising and order orchestration. MAO is designed entirely from microservices, which automatically scale to meet performance demands. Completely extensible at the data, services and interface level, MAO is versionless, receiving continuous access to new innovation in regular releases. We are seeking an Order Management System Technical Analyst who has expertise in omnichannel processes and supply chain operations as it pertains to order management systems and distributed order management. While MAO is our chosen OMS solution, familiarity with a variety of OMS applications such as Manhattan Active Omni, IBM Sterling, Adobe Magento, Salesforce Order Management, SAP Order Management, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Viniculum, NetSuite or other order management systems is sufficient. If hired, Skechers will train on how to perform the configurations necessary to enable order management and omnichannel fulfillment in MAO. While system-specific MAO knowledge is not required, a background in order management systems, distributed order management, omnichannel, e-commerce and supply chain operations are essential to the role. Previous experience in product management, configuration, SQL and knowledge of data tables/objects are also strongly desired. _ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-_ * Requirements (Functional, Technical, Integration) o Interacts directly with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional, technical requirements and evaluate processes and procedures o Interprets business requirements and determines solutions to meet omni channel business needs. o Creates integration requirements and interface data mappings with cross functional teams such as ERP, PIM, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Tax, Peoplesoft, Boomi, WMS, Payment Gateways, Web Services, Shipping Carriers, E-invoicing systems, etc. * Configurations o Designs/Implements/Codes/Maintains configurations in various MAO modules: Enterprise Order Management (EOM), Distributed Order Management (DOM), Call Center, Order Orchestration, Enterprise Inventory, Available to Commerce (ATC), Digital Self Service (DSS), Store Inventory & Fulfillment (SIF), Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS), Curbside Pickup, and Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) o Implements cloud-based enterprise solution by defining and analyzing systems solutions to handle all omni channel use cases * Troubleshooting/Resolution o Performs levels 1, 2 and 3 analysis before escalation to Manhattan Customer Support Organization (CSO) o Performs analysis of debug logs to identify and resolve issues o Performs gap analysis when triaging defects o Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through systems and/or non-system changes o Researches business problems and creates models that help analyze these business problems o Provides defect resolutions when issues arise o Provides project and solutions estimations to the project team * Testing o Validates results by quality assurance testing and the coordination of E2E testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) o Performs integration testing between MAO and its cross-functional systems by utilizing: + APIs to make direct calls for data capture/issue analysis + Postman to create or modify collections + MAO User Interfaces to debug (failed messages UI, audit trails, transaction logs, order analysis) * Reporting o Performs analyses for a wide range of requests using data in different formats and from various platforms o Creates, schedules and modifies reports and dashboards using SCI Reporting (IBM Cognos) for business users and upper management o Performs direct data queries for data extracts o Develops best practices for report deployments * Training/Documentation o Provides guidance, training, and problem-solving assistance to other team members o Trains the end-users and writes instruction manuals o Provides reference by writing documentation o Creates workflows, process maps, and summaries to document processes, procedures, and possible solutions* * _ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES-_ - Other duties as assigned. _SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES-_ - No. *JOB REQUIREMENTS-* * Experience in implementing cloud-based enterprise solutions for omnichannel business use cases * Extensive experience w/ Manhattan Active Omni or other OMS systems (front-end/back-end processes and functionality) and SCI Reporting (creating and scheduling reports and data feeds) preferred * Understanding of commonly used MAO tables and fields preferred * Experience in omnichannel e-commerce and supply chain processes such as online order orchestration, inventory management, direct-to-customer processes, DOM (distributed order management), etc. is required * Solid understanding of relevant core systems and integration points such as Merchandising, ERP, Inventory Control, Payment Processing Systems, Order Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Middleware, Fraud Management, Tax, Invoicing, etc. * Experience with API integrations and making direct calls using Postman or similar programs is preferred * Experience with testing connectivity, certification testing and configurations is preferred * Solid understanding of architecture and integration design * Experience in project and solution estimation * Experience supporting full Agile and Waterfall software development lifecycles (including understanding business processes, gathering user requirements, design, testing, deployment and training) * Advanced analytical capability * Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal skills * Must have ability to communicate, motivate and organize projects throughout the company * Advanced SQL knowledge and experience, preferred * Advanced experience in Jira, Confluence, Excel preferred *EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-* * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
