Job Description:
Seeking a registered nurse to serve as an ambulatory supervisor at our South University Clinic in Fargo. This nurse will supervise Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Diabetic Educators, Dieticians, Chiropractic Care, Physical Med and Rehab, Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, and Pulmonary Rehab. Schedule is 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. This is a salaried position, but will not generally involve working holidays, weekends, or on-call. This RN provides oversight of the daily operations of multiple assigned departments and sites, including staffing and developing/implementing workflows and processes as well as provides input to the leader regarding policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets. Responsible for direct nursing leadership, nursing staff development, patient care, and patient advocacy. This individual may intermittently perform RN duties to skillfully assess the patient's health and respond to interventions, provide treatments, and offer education and counseling that lead to improvement of the patient/family's self-management skills. Supports continuous quality improvement efforts in order to achieve high quality and ongoing progress in all areas of care and service.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current license with the ND State Board of Nursing.
MN nursing licensure required within 3 months of hire.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 3 months from date of hire.
Minimum of 2 year's nursing experience in related specialty, ambulatory setting; or community health with demonstrated leadership ability.
Must maintain Ambulatory RN competency.

Pay Range
$68598 - $102898 / year
The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
