Sales Specialist Job Focus
Use your passion for Home, Mobile, and Auto technology to provide expert solutions to our amazing customer base
Live out the Batteries Plus Mission of Customer Service Excellence to build trust and lasting relationships with our customers
Be an advocate for our customers selling solutions that make the most sense for them
Take phone calls and online appointments for products and repair services our store has to offer
Utilize your computer skills to manage our part lookup, order management, and repair workflow systems
Exercise your creativity and organizational skills keeping our showroom fresh and our inventory and customer orders accurate
Be trusted as Key Holder having the responsibility of Opening and Closing our store when scheduled to do so
Embrace skill development in areas of Sales, Technology, Repair, and learning the inner workings of a small business
To Qualify, You Need to Have:
An interest in technology across the Electronics and Automotive Industry with the ability to learn and adapt to changes and new technologies on the horizon
Strong communication skills to effortlessly converse with customers and collaborate with the team
Tech savviness with programs such as Google Suite, IOS, Android, POS systems, Part Lookup, and other various business applications
A flexible work schedule to meet the needs of our customers when they need us most
1+ Years of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
Work Schedule:
The position is Full Time 40 Hours per week
Schedules are posted 3 weeks in advance for stability and consistency
All Shifts areDAY SHIFTwith the latest ending at 7 PM
Working shifts include both weekdays and weekend days - Weekend Shifts include a $5 per hour Shift Differential!
All Shifts are worked in a physical Store Setting
