As a Software Engineer Principal within PNC's Digital organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH or Dallas, TX. or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.
You will participate in activities related to all Client Facing Portal modules and ancillary initiatives all directly tied to the client facing platform. We are seeking a broad skilled technical individual that is a solid team player that enjoys challenges, in a fast paced, highly visible and challenging environment. The proper candidate must have excellent communication skills, understand strategic thinking, use sound judgment and be able to deliver on committed deadlines/objectives.

Job Profile:
- Leads in the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
- Directs business assessment and requirements analysis processes, for the development of hardware and operating systems.
- Analyses features such as feasibility, associated costs, time, and the compatibility of new programs with existing programs, and hardware. Ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved.
- Coordinates coding, testing, implementation and documentation of application solutions.
- Performs complex application programming activities including, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, maintaining, and modifying complex applications programs.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $65,000.00 - $187,200.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
