A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TRUSTED ADVISOR / RETAIL STORE ASSOCIATE
As a Trusted Advisor / Retail Store Associate, you have been provided with excellent training. Using this product knowledge, you are a front-line worker that acts as a brand ambassador while providing spectacular customer service. Any clerk can point the way to a pack of AA batteries, but you are a trusted advisor that can recommend the right battery for the application whether it's a cell phone, truck, or recreational vehicle.
You love chatting with people and are able to make personal connections easily and ensure that every customer feels welcome and valued. With the same friendly attitude, you answer phone calls and patiently answer questions. You take pride in keeping our store clean and organized. You feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and get great satisfaction out of providing exceptional customer service!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL TRUSTED ADVISOR / RETAIL STORE ASSOCIATE
Ability to lift 50 lbs. (car batteries) on a regular basis
Ability to work with small screws and parts (watch battery replacement and phone repair)
Customer service skills
