The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Project Coordinator for implementing use cases of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model.
In this role you will lead a team responsible for implementation of use cases using the ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Module and CMDB. You will lead the team to define, prioritize, and implement CMDB-related use cases including designing, developing, testing, and releasing changes.
You will lead the planning for implementation of use cases, coordinate schedules, and track milestones and report risks and issues. You will serve as a Scrum Master for the team providing Agile process oversight and facilitate scrum ceremonies. You will be responsible for contract deliverables including a requirements traceability matrix, test plans, and test reports. You will report status and help maintain updates to the project schedule in collaboration with the CMDB Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Project Management or Technical Lead Experience
ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB experience
A strong understanding of ITSM, and ITIL.
A proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
Ability to act independently to expose and resolve problems.
Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint
Experience implementing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models.
Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization's business areas.
Working knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications:
Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
12+ Years relevant experience (a Bachelor's Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience)Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, both written and verbal.
Desired Skills:
Agile or Scrum Master Certification
Certified ServiceNow Developer
Experience working in the Department of Defense

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$74,600-$156,700
