CACI has an immediate opening for a Senior Logistics Analyst with experience in Retail Operations and Retail Operations Management (ROM) AIS to conduct detailed Retail Operations Management System (ROM) III troubleshooting, policy review and updates, and resolve ROM problems reported by CNSL ships.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Perform monthly retail operations analysis of Continuous Monitoring Program metrics and ROM data to support readiness tracking of ship's stores accounts.

  • Provide direct shipboard supply assistance onboard USN ships and/or distance support to provide training and resolve ROM discrepancies reported by ships.

  • Conduct ROM management training in a seminar or individual setting. Assist CNSL staff in creating and updating training curriculum.

  • Provide subject matter expert support for revision of TYCOM policies and instructions.

  • Develop, analyze, and prepare follow-up reports to evaluate effectiveness of retail stores operations.

  • Subject to travel to fleet areas (Rota, Spain and Mayport, FL) to provide shipboard training.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related business discipline. As a substitute, eight years of -hands-on- experience in a combination of Navy retail operations and Retail Operations Management (ROM) program AIS is acceptable. Training related to the -degree substitute- provided at Navy schools is considered -hands on- experience.

  • In addition to any experience which is substituted for education, the Logistics Analyst must have eight years of experience in a combination of retail operations and ROM AIS management.

  • Experience in automated supply/maintenance management systems must be with Retail Operations Management (ROM) software from a Sales and Services Manager perspective to effectively analyze a wide array of file conditions.

  • Must have expert level knowledge with MS Office Suite products (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Must have a current DoD SECRET Security Clearance to qualify.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • The ideal candidate would have experience obtained as a former U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Sales and Services Manager (Ship Serviceman or Retail Service Specialist) with tours on CG/DDG/LHA/LHD class Navy ships.

  • Possess strong verbal and writing skills to effectively prepare and conduct individual and seminar training.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$56,000-$117,500
