Accounts Reconciliation Analyst, Real Estate and Development Finance Operations

• Skilled in financial systems, reporting and tools - Tableau, SAP, intermediate to advanced Excel

• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills

• Strong communication skills to partner effectively at all levels of the organization

Description

• Reconciliation and review of landlord statements to identify and correct any payment issues - Ensure statement reconciliation coverage across the portfolio in line with materiality / risk - Monthly report out to the management team on key accounts, highlighting variances and any underlying root causes - Work cross functionally to resolve any statement related queries - Establish strong working relationships with key landlords to ensure timely resolutions of any issues - Ensure compliance with Apple Policies, maintain SLA's, and represent the team on projects

Education & Experience

BA or BS in accounting, Finance or equivalent experience

Additional Requirements

• • 3 - 4 years experience in Finance / Accounts Payable teams
• • Strong systems experience in SAP and Tririga preferred
