Title: ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVE Location: United States-Virginia-Virginia Beach Job Number: 2200006R Job Summary: Utilizes strong organizational and computer skills in providing support to the Fulfillment Coordinator for processing customer returns performing Receiving Functions transfer requests and similar administrative duties and responsibilities in support of eCommerce operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Returns Log daily receipts assist with opening and processing returns and categorizing them for return to good stock Below Deck or destroy in field DIF. Compiles and inputs relative data into spreadsheets and provide to Customer Care Center Manager for processing. Receiving Process bill of laden BOL receiving for 3PL once notified that items have been received at their facility. Process receiving for Home Delivery items as directed by the Customer Care Center. Transfers Perform data entry into SIM system to transfer goods from Returns Center to designated locations complete transfer store requests for out of stock items pursued by customers. Implement corrective action regarding items shipped erroneously to NEX stores through the Ship to Store Program. RTVRARecalls Process requests for eCommerce inventory to Return to Vendor RTV items that we have received Return Authorization for RA or Recall programs that require immediate removal of affected inventory from being sold on the site. Frustrated Freight Work with Fulfillment Coordinator and 3PL Client Services team weekly to identify all frustrated freight and ensure the data is provided to our internal business partners for resolution. Follows up to ensure all frustrated freight is constantly being addressed. If not escalates to Fulfillment Coordinator for action. Ship to Store Program Review open Ship to Store orders that have not been picked up by customers 30 days. Contact stores to ensure customers have been notified and ensure aged orders are dispositioned monthly Return to Store Stock and Transfer completed Returned to Store 780 Destroyed in Field with appropriate paperwork completed. Performs other duties as assigned. Works under the supervision of the Ecommerce Fulfillment Operations Specialist who provides guidance and direction and establishes work priorities. Refers nonroutine discrepancies and issues to supervisor for assistance. Work is subject to verification and review. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience consisting of the following GENERAL EXPERIENCE 1 year of general clerical experience which was gained in key backend retail operations or other responsible work which enabled the applicant to gain knowledge of fulfillmentwarehouse operations skill in dealing with others in persontoperson work relationships and the ability to exercise mature judgment. OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE 1 year of education above the high school level may be substituted for 9 months of experience AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE 1 year of progressive experience which provided background in backend operations in a retail or online environment with knowledge of methods for managing inventory or similar work which demonstrated the knowledge and ability to accurately process Returns and credit and debit on hand inventory and credit to the customer appropriately.
