Under limited guidance, this position serves as the on-site lead, supporting the project manager and serving as a customer point of contact for the Voice Modernization project managed from Germany, but extending throughout Europe. This position serves as an On-Site Project/Operations Manager that supervises and reports on the work of a project team, vendors, and/or subcontractors.
More About the Role:
Obtain/retain a government security clearance at the SECRET level (required to perform the duties of the position)
Obtain TESA certification to allow for long term residency in Germany for this project.
Provide project support for multiple teams conducting initial site surveys and interfacing with the customer Monitor progress and quality/workmanship of the site survey, installation teams and report problems/progress/status to Project Manager
Coordinate building/site access and other requirements with post personnel based upon the implementation schedule.
Provide projections for all work descriptors to be installed monthly and quarterly to the Project Manager.
Provide actual start and finish dates for all summary tasks in the schedule to Project Manager weekly. Ensure schedules are met or completed prior to due dates. Provide any schedule delays to the Project Manager
Oversee the acceptance, inventory, and storage of materials - coordinate delivery of materials from storage location to the installation site as required to meet the installation schedule.
Ensure that all work sites and work areas are kept orderly, clean, and safe.
Ensure adequate safety measures are always taken to protect people and property in compliance with OSHA, local government, and installation regulations.
Ensure that contract specifications and quality are met whether explicitly or implicitly implied per the TO requirements.
Attend meetings held on installation/implementation progress for the site/base personnel.
Travel to other Locations or Customer Sites as necessary.
Understand and adhere to all CACI Ethical and Compliance policies.
Perform other duties as required.
You'll Bring These Qualifications :
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Management or other related discipline and 3-5 years of related experience or a combination of skills, education, and experience
Telecommunications knowledge and experience
Experience in managing/overseeing teams working on-site at multiple locations simultaneously to include sub-contractors.
Perform advanced user capabilities of Microsoft software applications as required primarily Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
OSHA 30
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
UC/Voice experience in managing network modernization initiatives, or system projects of similar scope and complexity.
Work with Government agencies gathering details regarding legacy voice circuits being required to migrate to VoIP solutions.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$62,200-$130,600
