As a District Leader you should have passion to develop, inspire and motivate others to achieve guest service excellence and maximum financial results. You should thrive in a fast paced environment, have dynamic communication skills and have a willingness and desire to see others grow.
What you'll be doing:
Recruiting, staffing and reviewing schedules
Teaching, coaching and mentoring leadership and business skills
Facilitating trainings
Evaluating and analyzing performance and providing feedback
Executing Merchandising and Inventory standards
Driving service and retail sales
Using technology including Word, Excel and Power Point, proprietary software and APPS
Showing initiative and working both independently and as a team member
Controlling cost and labor through P & L analysis
Handling day to day HR challenges within salons
Thriving as a servant Leader
What will make you successful:
Must have 2+ years of multi-unit operational management experience
Proven record of successful sales growth and sales goals
Strong leadership and business skills
Effective communication
Excellent organizational skills
Experience in overseeing 100+ associates
Flexibility to travel and work weekends, peak times, and some holidays
A passion for Coaching and Mentoring
