Job Description:
Performs supervisory and management activities consistent with the expectations of Essentia Health and the Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations. Participates in and oversees the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions to provide comprehensive pharmacy services. Number of direct reports (Staff Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Clerk, Couriers) and budget responsibilities will vary by location. Work Experience: Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
Education Qualifications:
A Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Pharmacy licensure appropriate to state where working.Meets Board of Pharmacy requirements to be a Pharmacist in Charge/Managing Pharmacist within applicable state(s).
