Overview
This is a high-volume recruiter position that affords you the opportunity to work in a hybrid role and the potential to work into a permanent staff position. The position requires excellent organizational skills, diligence, and follow-up. The position requires screening candidates to ensure they meet job requirements, presenting job opportunities, and migrate the candidate through the offer process. Maintaining thorough documentation in an online applicant tracking system and actively sourcing for passive candidates is required. Additionally, the role includes building relationships with hiring managers and being a valued strategic partner to the business owner.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct phone screens and determine candidate's viability
-Develop creative tactics to attract qualified candidates
-Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Boolean searches
-Responsible for full-cycle candidate experience from screening to hire
-Flexible availability M-Sat based on time zone of work assignment
Qualifications:
-2+ years' experience in high volume recruiting
-Recruitment sourcing experience (Indeed, Grass Roots, Local)
-PC literate with Microsoft Suite
-ATS experience preferred with ICIMS
