AWS Marketing is seeking a
Senior Product Manager-Tech to oversee the primary AWS Marketing instance of Adobe Marketo. This Sr Product Manager will define and lead
key strategic initiatives to improve the core experience of hundreds of marketing
email users; implement new capabilities to enhance end customer experience and improve security and instance stability; and influence key partner roadmaps.
Key job responsibilities
-Define, prioritize and plan the execution of strategic initiatives.
-Implement new features to improve stakeholder and end customer marketing experience
-Influence key external and internal partner roadmaps
-Work with internal support/operations, program management and engineering teams to administer our Marketo instance and keep it stable, secure and scalable
-Develop, own and track organizational goals, as defined through Operational
Planning (OP) process.
-Communicate progress and work with teams with dependent programs. Ensure
delivery of assigned organizational goals. Schedule and secure resources and manage
cross-functional teams to deliver to these goals.
-Establish, refine and implement mechanisms to ensure cross functional alignment
and establish clear escalation mechanisms. Identify and manage stakeholder groups,
and provide regular business reports to those groups.
-Manage relationships with executive stakeholders and provide them with regular
business updates.
-Act as a knowledgeable resource, sharing best practices in project management and
program management.
About the team
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
Basic Qualifications
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
