Description
Light Mechanical Repair Technician Dent Wizard is looking for an experienced automotive technician capable of providing light mechanical repairs on new automobiles. The Candidate will possess clear communication skills and the ability to self-manage travel and work schedule Experience in light automotive repair is a plus, candidate will be self-motivated and capable of making decisions independently. Training on Dent Wizard processes and job duties will be provided.
As a Light Mechanical Repair Technician , you will:
Provide on-site repairs of vehicles within Rail Road compounds and holding yards on a mobile basis
Update vehicle repair status in Dent Wizard proprietary I.T. systems
Provide the highest level of customer service
Prepare and submit detailed repair logs and billing information
Support all Dent Wizard Catastrophe Services locations
Ability to work independently and provide damage assessments and solutions concisely over the phone or via email.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior automotive repair experience
Solution driven attitude
Valid Drivers License
