THE ROLE:

Live Nation is looking for a Graphic Designer to produce visual materials for marketing, brand, onsite and internal creative needs that resonate with millions of fans in and around our venue communities. Working with venue creative leads, the Graphic Designer will drive creative production across our social channels, digital campaigns, email, video communications, outdoor displays, websites, in venue advertising, sales, restaurants, activations and much more. The ideal Graphic Designer will keep pulse on latest trends, use skillset to swiftly produce deliverables, adhere to efficient processes, exceed expectations and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce creative for venues marketing, food and beverage, special events, sales, brand and operations teams

  • Translate art direction into highly visual designs and experiences

  • Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files

  • Be in tune with latest advertising trends and processes

  • Review and quality check designs, artwork, photography, and graphics

  • Present designs to Producer and leadership for approval

  • Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files

  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met

Qualifications:

  • Ability to to clearly communicate art direction and bring ideas to life

  • Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use

  • Strong production knowledge and ability to innovate new processes

  • Determine how best to represent a concept visually

  • Knowledge and sharp eye for popular culture, trends, and visual aesthetics

  • Familiarity with digital workflows, print, video, social media best practices and design specifications

  • -Swiss army knife- creative that can work across each area of production from start to completion

  • A creative mindset and problem-solving aptitude

  • Ability to adapt, communicate and manage in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail

  • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude

  • Highly organized

  • Proactive work ethic

  • Passionate about music and live experiences

Education & Knowledge Desired

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience in live music entertainment or industry related field

  • Strong portfolio of previous and current design or directed work

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other creative applications

  • Ability to learn and efficiently use project management software/tools

  • Experience with digital asset management systems and workflows
