The Corporate Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present vetted, viable candidates for General & Administrative (G&A) positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic expectations for successful delivery. *ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS* Duties/Responsibilities: * Partner with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; by leading a Recruiting Strategy Intake meeting. * Schedule weekly status update meetings with hiring managers to keep them informed of progress of the search. * Partner with Talent Brand Marketing to identify strategies for marketing open positions and attracting top talent * Assess qualifications of applicants and prospective candidates by conducting an in-depth screen. * Ensures a positive experience for candidates and business stakeholders alike * Applies strategic and creative techniques when negotiating offers in this competitive market * Network with Campus Recruiter to leverage new grads for entry level positions and Graduate Programs for roles requiring experience. * Partner with Corporate Sourcing Specialist to build active candidate pools for recurring positions. *ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES* * Research emerging markets to stay abreast of current market trends *SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES* * No _JOB REQUIREMENTS_ * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions without compromising quality. * Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Smart-Recruiters * Resourceful/Strategic approach in sourcing and recruiting difficult to fill roles * Ability to build trusted partnership with key stakeholder and influence candidate selection * Excellent offer negotiation skills and control of the candidate experience and process. * Ability to assess talent with strong differentiation, choosing the best talent to move forward * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills & Computer Applications _EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE_ * Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred * Minimum of 2-3 years in General & Administrative recruiting experience either in-house or with a Staffing Agency * Proficiency with MS suite to include MS Teams _QUALIFICATIONS_ To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
