Head of Regional Sales - Power Distribution (North Region)

Head of Regional Sales - Power Distribution (North Region)
This position will reside in Northern region of the US.
Role Description
Managing a team of sales managers optimizing strategies to accelerate growth and profitability.
Strong CRM proficiency to drive the organization in ways that continuously enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Foster collaboration with other sales teams for maximum account coverage and penetration in adjacent market segments.
Proactively work across organizations to leverage complimentary resources, solutions and or channels to obtain profitable growth and market share.
Capitalize on emerging market opportunities and support growth in alternative channels.
Establish strategic alliances outside the organization to develop channel market opportunities.
Build a competitively high performing sales organization by attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
You will win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of proven competence and experience in sales leadership in the Power Distribution industry
10+ years successful track record of Sales Management & Sales Strategy in meeting and exceeding sales targets
10+ years of growing sales through innovation balancing both short- and long-term objectives.
Strategic leader with exceptional understanding of applicable customers, markets, business operations and people.
In-depth experience translating and executing strategies to grow sales in assigned region.
Candidate must be willing to travel 35%-50% throughout the region.

The pay range for this position is $181,900.00 to $311,800.00 and the annual incentive target is 40% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
