Summary/Primary Purpose
G2 Ops is seeking Junior, Mid, and Senior-Level Customer Relationship Managers (CRM) .
The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is the face to the customer. They will interact directly with the customer in understanding their requirements, determine who the appropriate internal technical team are to meet those needs, and assist the customer throughout the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will be process driven with a keen attention to detail, understand Information Technology (IT), but leans on the Engineering team for execution.
Essential Functions
Ability to follow provided processes or develop new ones where needed
Coordinate the development/tracking/reporting of financials for IT services both internal to the company and external to the customer
Gathering, analyzing, documenting, and communicating customer requirements with internal technical teams
Facilitate the customer throughout the onboarding process to include approval, funding, and execution of their IT requirements
Review experience with customer for satisfaction and any opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience
Develop customer profiles that include current and future requirements, timelines, funding

Required Education/Years of Experience
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or discipline
Junior CRM Analysts will require at least one to two years of related experience
Mid CRM Analysts will require at least five years of related experience
Senior CRM Analysts will require at leave 8 years of related experience
Strong communication skills required
IT procurement experience required
Self-motivated with high attention to detail and able to lead several tasks simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
ITIL certified
DOD Security Clearance
Understanding of DON IT procurement processes
Ability to pontificate AWS/Azure Cloud services
