Job Description:
Assists in the evaluation and treatment of patients ages 13 years old and older referred to the Cardiac Rehabilitation Programs, and other programs associated with the Cardiac Rehabilitation Services. Is also involved in the ongoing development of these programs. Work Experience: East Market: 6 months experience in cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation or Successful completion of a cardiac rehabilitation internship of at least 200 hours. Meets Core Competencies as defined by AACVPR for Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist. West and Central Markets: No experience to note.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or health care related field.Completion of an exercise physiology program.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
BLS certification within 1 month of hire.ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.ACSM Certification -ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist or Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist or certification eligible and must obtain within 6 months of hire or a current RN license in MN.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
