Job Summary
There is one position available that will be filled at either the Associate Systems Analyst or Systems Analyst level, commensurate with the selected candidates' skills and abilities.
Under general supervision, formulates and defines system scopes and objectives, through research and fact finding, to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.
Candidate will be responsible for managing several web farms. Roles will include but are not limited to server maintenance / patching, web site setup in IIS, certificate management, etc. Candidate will work with infrastructure teams and application development teams to provide a stable and consistent host environment for both internal and external web applications. Candidate should have a good understanding of server automation, general network knowledge, IIS application pool management, TLS/SSL certificate management, server load balancing and web application identity management. Candidate should have good communication skills and be self-driven to find solutions and proactively ask questions.

The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:
Associate Systems Analyst:
- 1-2 years of directly related experience;
Systems Analyst:
- 3+ years related experience
Both levels:
Required:
Windows & Web Server Administration
a. Understanding / Knowledge of SSL/TLS security protocols and server level configurations
b. Primary duties include the installation, configuration and administration of Microsoft IIS Web Servers
c. Understanding / Knowledge of .Net technologies: ASP.Net 4.8, ASP.Net 6/7
d. Understanding / Knowledge of WebSite vs WebAPI
PowerShell
a. Ability to create scripts for task automation
Preferred:
Cloud App Administration (Azure / AWS / VMWare TAS)
a. Understanding / Knowledge of cloud deployment models
Infrastructure Tools
a. Utilization of System Center Operations Manager for managing complex web farms
b. Utilization of f5 Network Load Balancing
c. Network tracing tools and understanding of general network topology
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
