In this role, the Analysis Production Operations Manager will be responsible for the following:
Leads analysis team in the production of multiple types of analytical products to support both internal and external mission partners.
Represents analysis team, interfacing, and responding to planned and ad-hoc customer inquiries and status requests, attending meetings, providing program status reports, and relays directional information to the team.
Assigns tasks and assignments, coordinates, gathers, and tracks status.
Identifies process and product improvement opportunities and leads team in achieving efficiency and effectiveness.
Leads in gathering requirements for website visualization tool serving as contract product owner representing requirements to the website support team.
Work directly with PM/DPM to provide status and address contract-specific reporting requirements.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Bachelor's degree.
10+ years of experience working in the IC as project or production manager.
Must have familiarity with Customer operations and missions.
Must have experience working in a fast paced, deliverable based environment.
