CACI is seeking a skilled Scrum Master who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Navy R&D team in Austin, TX. The Shared Services Team Scrum Master will lead teams of 7 to 10 shared services team members (Cyber, Agile PMO and Operations) executing agile at scale supporting the Distributed Operations mission.

The Scrum Master supports a Scrum of Scrums to provide program level metrics and schedule synchronization. The Scrum Master will coordinate with internal product owners (fellow Scrum Masters and portfolio owners) and all product stakeholders to include technical staff and will be able to brief both CACI and Government leadership on a product's status and associated deliverables.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Work with smart, dedicated people committed to the Navy distributed operations mission

  • Lead agile/scrum product teams in an agile-at-scale organization

  • Conduct agile scrum ceremonies

  • Track and collect agile metrics for inclusion into program level metrics

  • Facilitate team velocity and remove blockers

  • Support technical program leadership in conducting release planning, and system design

  • Responsible for team performance to include delivery of documented deliverables

  • Creates meeting agendas and tracks after action items to closure for meetings as required.

  • Facilitates team communications and updates product owner, product stakeholders, and staff as appropriate.

  • Prepares briefings on product status for both CACI and Government leadership.

  • Collaborates effectively with team members across multiple organizations.

  • Effectively documents and manages customer expectations in a fast-paced and fluid environment.

  • Assists Project/Program Manager with the creation of contract deliverable documentation

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must be US Citizen and be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance

  • Experience in managing an agile team

  • Applied understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile

  • Strong understanding of agile principles and experience coaching high-performing teams in same

  • Bachelor's degree or an additional 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office / Teams.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Current TS/SCI clearance

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or related credential

  • Experience working on DoD projects and programs

  • Background in SIGINT and/or Naval intelligence

  • Background in / understanding of DoD Information Assurance and RMF

  • Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and Devsecops

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
