THE WORK

We are seeking a skilled Material Analyst to support the ELTS portfolio. In this role you will manage purchasing requirements to ensure alignment with the Mfg. Internal Operating Plan (IOP) and assist buyers to lead the path to closure for any issues hampering Purchase Requisition placement. You will play a critical role in expediting and managing material to meet Program needs and ensure the Supplier Management Team/SCA/SCM has current delivery dates reflected in SMM/P2P and in Program meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from accredited college in

Management or related Business discipline

SAP or similar ERP experience

Desired Skills:

Experience with supply chain activities to include procurement systems, production schedules, and IPT structures

LMAP knowledge

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Critical thinker/Problem Solver

Prior experience in a related industry preferred

Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work, multi-task, and manage time effectively.

Demonstrated experience with negotiating skills.

Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills required in a team environment.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Experience in a manufacturing supply chain environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
