We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Liquidity Risk Management Specialist to join our Risk Management team. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with liquidity regulations and enhancing our Global Liquidity Risk Management (GLRM) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in policy and procedure assessment, with experience in creating and maintaining run books.
Job Title: Global Liquidity Risk Management Specialist
Location: Tampa FL (Onsite)
Duration: 3+ months (with highly possible extension)
Pay Range: $70-$75/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
GAP Assessment: Independently perform a comprehensive assessment of GLRM policies and procedures against current liquidity regulations.
Process Enhancement: Assist in developing and enhancing sections of the GLRM process run book by converting policy and procedure requirements into actionable steps.
Operationalization: Apply your understanding of GLRM policies and procedures to operationalize the process run book, ensuring team compliance.
Coordination: Regularly coordinate with team members to ensure the run book is updated periodically.
Dashboard Development: Develop a management dashboard to provide senior management with periodic updates on run book progress.
Quality Assurance: Independently challenge the team and provide recommendations on the quality of documentation and evidence provided.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks as needed, such as preparing senior management committee decks.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in creating run books.
Background: Experience with KPMG, EY, or a large firm is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong ability to read and understand policy and regulatory guidelines.
Excellent Excel skills: all tasks will be Excel-based.
Familiarity with liquidity terminology and guidelines.
Attributes :
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
