For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Human Resources Intern to support the HR Department on a part-time basis this summer. This exciting position will provide you the opportunity to work on just about every function of Human Resources. You will gain hands on experience with audits, benefits, compensation research, employee onboarding and offboarding, recruiting, performance management, training and development, and more!
What does this mean to you? You will quickly learn the ins and outs of what it takes to become an HR Generalist. You will have daily interaction with our HR and back-office team (Accounting, Contracts, IT, Operations, and Program Management). In addition to this, you will gain experience in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
The ideal candidate would be a rising junior or senior currently seeking a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Leadership, Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field. We are looking for an innovative, upbeat college student wanting to get their foot in the door at a growing company!
Quick Note: We are seeking one part-time summer intern to support no more than 30 hours per week.
