As a Change Management Lead, Sr on the Organizational Change Management team for 1LMX, you will partner with executive leaders, mid-level managers and front line employees to support all change & learning activities to build the appropriate levels of awareness, increase change acceptance and user adoption.
Specific activities will include:
- Change impact analysis
- Stakeholder analysis
- Role mapping
- Survey construction and deployment
- Analysis of survey results
- Training development & delivery based on survey feedback/results
Responsibilities will include:
- Executing stakeholder engagement strategy
- Creating end-user communications regarding changes
- Preparing materials and facilitation team meetings
- Creating presentations and talking points for executives through individual contributor presentations.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience; be adept at functioning in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity; flexible in responding to changing circumstances and priorities in a positive, focused, and timely manner; strong in relationship-building and fostering collaboration; developing creative solutions; clearly articulating and communicating technical topics to non-technical audiences; exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to take command of projects and quickly and efficiently driving them to completion; and ability to create and build a product brand/identity.

Basic Qualifications:
- Significant experience with Change Management activities
- Knowledge and experience in organizational change management using ADKAR methods and practices
- Experience leading change efforts for large scale IT or technology transformations
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong relationship building acumen, with demonstrated ability to work with all levels of an organization and to lead complex cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and influence in order to create a movement towards achieving a common objectives/goals.
- Experienced in crafting and leading multi-channel enterprise and divisional change communications
Desired Skills:
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, communication crafting, course/material creation and instruction design (instructor-led or web-based training, quick reference guides, etc), meeting facilitation, and executive briefing.
- PROSCI certification
- Experience with Captivate, Enable Now, and other digital adoption platforms
- Leadership Development Program graduate

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $91,300 - $175,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
