Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
This position collaborates with the Sales team to evaluate and determine costs of solutions, formulate account strategies for leveraging solutions, and gain agreement on established value propositions. This position interfaces directly with customers to identify needs (e.g., determine technology capabilities, reduce supply chain risk, etc.), to determine long-term goals and strategies, to provide value-added solutions, to ensure customer retention, and to strengthen relationships. This position conducts research (e.g., customers' goals, earning reports, customer data, etc.) to determine the compatibility of solutions with customers' needs and to gain an understanding of the business model, market conditions, and competitors. This position evaluates non-traditional solution opportunities (e.g., technology systems, etc.) to create alternative revenue streams. This position works with SMB and Enterprise customers to customize solutions, integrate identified technology solutions, and maximize revenue. This position champions all aspects of customer solutions integrations and are comfortable working with sales, the customer, operations, and IT. This position manages supervisors and specialists.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Positions and integrates core solutions within our customers transportation management systems.
- Coordinates business stakeholders (Underwriting, Claims, Security, CRG, Sales) to prioritize accounts and to determine involvement.
- Collaborates with internal and external legal partners to draft, execute, and maintain customer contracts including program agreements, API agreements, Terms and Conditions, incentive contracts, and trademark licensing agreements.
- Balances and manages multiple integrations and deployment schedules to meet stakeholder and external customer goals and expectations.
- Ensures integration testing runs smoothly, identifies issues, the solution meets standards, and is 100% effective.
- Manages problem solving efforts, root cause analysis of issues, promotes efficient resolution of any issues that arise during integration, and implements solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborates with operations, IT, and sales to help guide future enhancements to our digital solutions.
- Regularly reviews integration/sales pipeline report and sales activities/integrations/customer follow-ups are making progress and monitors business performance metrics for their customer base (NPS, net margin, revenue)
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in computer science, industrial engineering, or business administration
Preferences
- Previous experience in IT, sales, or engineering
- Delivers excellent verbal and written communications in a professional manner to ensure a credible, consistent, and clear message
