In this role you will be responsible for assessments, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate the home care of patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. You will provide direct patient care to patients requiring care for medical, diagnostic and emergency conditions.

Current registered nursing in the state of Minnesota.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire.
Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.
Proof of current motor vehicle insurance.
