Although not a managerial role, the Reporting Analyst Task Lead's responsibilities include directing a team of professionals with varying skills who conduct Incident/Maintenance analysis, review of systemic activities, and reporting/data capturing methods, including day-to-day operational and administrative activities. The team will also develop analysis and reporting capabilities, prepare reports, prepare SOPs, CONOPs, and other duties as assigned. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. The Task Lead will coordinate with IO Leadership on managerial tasks, to include: time card completion, leave coordination, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and any relevant managerial tasks.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide direction to a team of professionals with skills comprised of subject matter experts, process coordinators, research analysts, and others as needed.
Facilitate interaction between the Integrated Operations team and other departments to foster positive communication throughout the organization and the different Program teams (SAaaS, MSI, SSI)
Be an Integrated Operations representative to all Program governance boards as needed(to include, but not limited to: DOM, SMIR, EPF, JCEF)
Develop policies and procedures to support a repeatable customer-oriented service
Provide metrics and statistical data illustrating performance improvement.
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Develop and implement data collection processes, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Support Problem Management Board facilitation
Support Major Incident management, organizing, coordinating and leading technical exchange meetings to find and implement resolution.
Coordination with NOS leadership acting as a POC and fulfilling liaison functions.
Develop process improvement plans based on leadership direction and expectations.
Coordinate with CACI and NOS peer groups to perform joint process planning and collaborative efforts in the areas of incident management, NOC operation, and Software tool enhancement
Collaborate with IO Leadership on managerial tasks, including time card completion, leave coordination, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and any relevant managerial tasks
You'll Bring These Qualifications :
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing data sets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Adept at report writing and presenting findings

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$71,500 - $150,200
