Position summary: Responsible for pursuit coordination and marketing efforts for the Survey/SUE practice throughout the JMT footprint. Sponsorship not available for this position.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Collaborating with technical staff in the development of proposals, presentations, and qualifications packages
Writing and editing technical content including resumes and project briefs
Maintain marketing materials including resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, photographs, subconsultant information, etc.
Tracking leads, opportunities, and wins/losses
Conducting basic market research on client programs and opportunities
Adherence to JMT's Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001:2015 Marketing procedures
Supporting VA regional marketing team as available

Required SkillsRequired Experience
Preferred Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field
Knowledge of the RFP structure and proposal process
Minimum of 3 years of A/E/C industry experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and InDesign
Proficient in CRM Systems
Working Conditions
Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
