The Commercial Sales Coordinator supports our commercial business-to-business accounts nationwide through data entry, cross-referencing orders, updating invoices, and providing customer service and issue resolution to our commercial business customers. Located on-site at the Batteries Plus corporate office and national headquarters in Hartland, Wisconsin, the Commercial Sales Coordinator is an essential member of our commercial sales support team.

The ideal Commercial Sales Coordinator will have least one year of customer service experience, basic typing and data entry skills, strong communication skills both verbal and written, and demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy . Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to our commercial business account customers by phone and email

  • Account support including preparing and updating business account agreements, vendor files, and account changes on a daily basis

  • Follow up with retail stores to correct orders and communicate updates on orders, invoices, delivery and shipping related to business-to-business accounts

  • Update contract pricing agreements

  • Assist commercial sales team with any cross-referencing or business customer inquiries

  • Data entry including the processing of commercial account sales and product orders

    Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of six months of customer service experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in retail, product support, sales support, or order management experience

  • Associate's Degree in business or related field

  • Proficient with MS Office or Google Suite

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills

  • Ability to accurately perform alpha-numeric data entry

  • Strong communication skills bother verbal and written
