The Quality Enhancement Coordinator performs a variety of duties with the ultimate goal of providing
the children, families, teachers, and administrators in our schools with care, support, training, and
education all within a safe environment.
BA or BS degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field,(high level or experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
Solid experience in coaching and training
Must be a team builder, highly organized and possess excellent customer service/communication skills
Computer proficient including Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn other programs quickly
Must pass a criminal background check, FBI check, and DMV check
Ability to travel throughout the district.
Monitor assigned programs for compliance related to childcare licensing, health/sanitation, program quality, QRIS, and/or accreditation as applicable.
Train and coach teachers and directors on all areas of compliance applicable to assigned programs.
Assist school management staff in attaining and/or maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards applicable to assigned programs.
Monitor assigned programs for compliance related to QRIS and/or accreditation as applicable.
Assist with coordinating application processes related to QRIS and national accreditation.
Plan and implement process/preparation for QRIS and/or accreditation evaluation including but not limited to cleaning/creating safe and healthy environment, room arrangement, material selection;observing, training, and coaching teachers of children 0-12.
Train and coach teachers and directors who need assistance with the quality in their classrooms and
schools as related to licensing , quality rating improvement systems and accreditation as applicable.

train, and host local quarterly meetings with ECs with content guided by Division and Company
leadership.
