This is a remote position with the ideal candidate residing in the Indianapolis, Indiana area.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and present internal and external client facing reports monthly and quarterly that are tailored to individual client needs.

  • Summarize and consult non-financial users on how best to perform analyzes.

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and support for the broader commercial organization.

  • Hold executive level discussions

  • Support tool building, model creation and data collection while taking the lead on parts of the project to own.

  • Own a tool to manage/update that is low complexity.

  • Contribute to process changes to support the business.

  • Work independently with moderate oversight as needed.

  • Participate in meetings for all analytics related activities to ensure expectations are clear.

  • Contribute to meetings and take a portion of the work/project, which will support the entire project.

  • Own deadlines and escalations as appropriate when a timeline may lapse.

  • Support the team to ensure the group is driving profitable business growth and meeting the business goals and objectives.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required and preferred in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or business-related fields.

Experience:

  • 3 years minimum experience analyzing similar data.

  • Comfortable managing and analyzing large data sets through statistical techniques.

  • Proficiency in MS Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.

  • SFDC experience preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
