Full-time, Hybrid; Two days at home and three days on-site at Apple in Austin, TX

You will work very closely with Apple's M&E & Hotel Lead to continue to develop the hotel program for all areas of the business. We are looking for someone who can work in a fast paced, exciting industry, who is looking for their next challenge in the travel industry. We are looking for someone who enjoys building strong and trusting client & supplier relationships, who relishes working in a challenging environment and someone who is looking to do things just a little bit different than the norm. You will be someone who is dedicated to success, enjoys working as part of a larger organization and is constantly looking at ways to improve the normal.

Manage annual RFP
Streamline hotel reporting
Conduct annual program hotel training for Apple Travel & Meetings team
Ensure hotel blocks are fully utilized across Apple Travel & Meetings
Compile training programs with suppliers, in conjunction with the training team
Develop formal entertainment hotel and extended stay programs
Deliver hotel monthly update to advisors
Assist with evaluating payment solutions
Focus on hotel business reviews and strategic partners
Conduct hotel related surveys
How you can set yourself apart
Proven track record of working with hotels
Experience in a customer service role
Knowledge of contract negotiations, payment solutions and supplier sourcing
Enjoy working within a constantly changing and dynamic environment within a global team
Understanding of hotels, client servicing and business practices
