Title: LEARNING & ORG DEVELOPMENT ANALYST Location: United States-Virginia-Virginia Beach Job Number: 220001OR Job Summary: Assist the Learning and Organization Development team with training data analysis program and curricula management documentation trainingadministrative support and other shortterm projects. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide a full range of Learning Organizational Development support including analysis of data LMS support documentation administrative support and project program management. Research compile and analyze information and data summarize results and make appropriate recommendations using the research and learning tools available to different audiences including stakeholders team members and others. Identify resources publish/archive classes programs curricula add/delete resources etc. Upload, publish and test eLearning modules to ensure proper functionality. Assist in developing and documenting processes or policies as needed to establish consistent use of the LMS including email templates reports dashboards and rule-based workflows. Orders, tracks and reports expenses/expenditures, payroll, office supplies, travel etc. against budget. Reconciles accounts in Lawson. Manages programs for tuition reimbursement and the organizations individual external training process ensures required documents are routed internally and externally to senior level management for approval. Maintains office records and files. Orders office and program supplies following established procedures. May provide additional administrative support to other LOD programs. May prepare a variety of correspondence reports etc. from draft or own initiative ensures work products are clear complete and correct confirm to the applicable procedures. May sort and distribute mail maintains controls following established procedures. May manage small training project initiative from initial planning designdevelopment through implementation. Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite to include Microsoft Teams. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: A total of 4 years of experience consisting of the following: GENERAL EXPERIENCE Three years of responsible experience in nonroutine work which enabled the applicant to gain experience in performing the tasks necessary for supporting the Learning and Organization Development function through projects and administrative systems. Communicates effectively with others both orally and in writing. Experience interfacing with subject matter experts SME OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE 1 year of related academic study above the high school level may be substituted for 9 months of experience up to a maximum of a 4 year bachelors degree in Management Human Resources Education IO Psychology Communication or other fields related to the position for 3 years of general experience. AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE Minimum of one year of progressively responsible experience analyzing data managing shortterm projects writing training plans presenting formal training to an audience or supporting HR systems such as an LMS payroll or talent management system.
