Coordinator - Key Claims Dispatch
This position will support Repo Dispatch Operations. Multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail are a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive and process service requests (claims) from customers.
Process claims and identify proper technician and manager to handle.
Dispatch claims to field service personnel.
Track claims from receipt to completion.
Coordinate operational support when claims are not handled with a sense of urgency.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age.
Good written and oral communication a must.
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Knowledgeable with Excel.
Organized and able to keep records.
