Auto Body Technician
Light Body repair technician will repair all assigned vehicles to pre-accident condition according to the written repair order. We supply most tools and all materials necessary to perform the repairs. Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, prescription and 401k. Salary and monthly bonus incentive.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform initial teardown of vehicle
Perform all repair procedures according to factory specifications and company policy.
Follow all company policies
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Perform all repairs in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with light auto body repairs exclusively (bumpers/small side panel repairs)
Ability to work at a fast pace and delivery quality repairs
Knowledge of light auto body repairs including R&I
Ability to respect working in a clean - State of the Art- facility
Ability to work in a team atmosphere
Effective communication and interactive skills
Excellent organizational skills
Experience with BMW's a bonus
Ability to perform demo at time of interview
Valid Driver's License, Background and Drug test required
Having your own tools is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to stand and walk. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend and squat. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Tolerate a moderate noise level. Respirators must be worn, and other protective equipment may be required.
