Administrative Support
Basic Function
Reporting to a National Project Director, the Administrative Support position completes a variety of tasks that provide management and technical staff the time needed to drive additional value to the organization
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Updates and maintains the sales database
Generates various reports on daily/weekly sales activity
Assists in the creation and distribution of account specific promotional materials
Answers phone and email inquiries
Reviews accounting and ensures invoices are properly submitted
Follows Company procedures and policies
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years administrative experience
Basic MS Word, Excel, Outlook , Powerpoint skills
Basic math proficiency
Pays attention to details
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Ability to identify sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
Willing to work outside of normal business hours to meet tight deadlines
40% travel required
Remote Position
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills
Experience in the automotive industry
