*JOB PURPOSE-* As a key team member, The International Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing a wide range of support for the Marketing and International Brand Director & VP of Corporate Communications. Day-to-day projects include asset management, the tracking of marketing materials, creating presentations, and various administrative tasks. _ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-_ * Provide support to the Marketing and International Brand Director & VP of Corporate Communication in the review and implementation of international marketing initiatives for subsidiaries, franchisees, JVs and distributors. * Update and manage select international budgets. * Review and address daily marketing inquiries from international marketing teams. * Maintain calendar and ensure that all monthly / quarterly deliverables (budgets, marketing reports, media plan, etc.) are submitted on time. * Keep all international folders organized and achieve all global marketing assets. * Schedule and participate in monthly conference calls with international marketing teams. * Distribute and follow-up with action items & takeaways following each meeting. * Assist with the international e-commerce content processes such as email blast calendars and digital assets. * Design and create presentations for meetings, conference, and special projects. * Support daily business operations of the marketing department as it related to international. _SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES-_ * No. *JOB REQUIREMENTS-* * Must possess strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Must be a self-starter with a team-player attitude * Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment. * Good understanding of the digital campaign life cycle and fundamental knowledge of online media metrics and analysis. * Proficiency in MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Analytics. *EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-* * Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications. * 2-4 years experience in a marketing position or similar. * International experience a plus. * Fluency in a second language a plus, but not required All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. _QUALIFICATIONS-_ To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
