Description

Support the US Naval Education and Training Command Programs

SAIC is supporting Navy Education and Training Command N6 and related systems at NETC, Pensacola, FL and alternate locations to include San Diego, CA / Dam Neck, VA / Norfolk, VA / Chicago, IL.

Some roles will be eligible for remote/teleworking flexibility.

This effort will provide related services for IT Cyber, engineering sustainment activities and Agile SCRUM software development for multiple programs of record and IT initiatives related to Ready Relevant Learning (RRL), the Navy Learning Stack, and other initiatives support by NETC N6 CIO.

This effort is contingent upon contract award. If awarded, contract start date is December 1, 2024.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Minimum requirements will vary based on role, level, education and experience.

- US Citizenship is required.

- Roles require a minimum of Secret Security clearance.

- Some roles will be eligible for remote/teleworking flexibility.

- Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) IAT I & IAT II requirements vary based on role.

Positions will be available in the following skill area:

- Program Management

- Software Development (Microsoft .NET web programming skills. Experience in GUI design, ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, data modeling, object-oriented programming, AJAX, and Microsoft Enterprise Libraries using Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft .NET 4.0. Experience in implementing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) via the web. Demonstrated success in working on an IT team implementing major software releases using SCRUM Agile methodology)

- Systems Engineering (systems analysis, design definition, software development, systems test, implementation, and maintenance of server and network infrastructure and support of custom applications. Experience designing detailed flowcharts, and diagrams indicating required actions and sequence of operations. Required experience in supporting the following database and programming languages: SQL Server, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and C#. Demonstrated success in working on an IT team implementing major software releases using SCRUM Agile methodology.)

- IA / Cyber (Experience with Navy RMF process. Experience in facilitating the collection of and uploading required artifacts into DADMS and eMASS. Familiarity with automation scripting such as PowerShell.)

- Technical Writing

- Application Testing (testing in the SCRUM agile project management environment; experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).)

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
