About This Opportunity Responsibilities Operations Readiness Manager Join a high functioning team that is committed to deliver: Simplifying Operations' functions / tools to serve stores Proactive, accurate Operations calendar of events Ongoing training and talent development for our Operations Team Field Operations Leadership support Position / Role Description: Maintenance of the Operations Planning Calendar Provided to support executive and senior leadership Communication cadence created with other OPS teams and Field Sales Support (FSS) team for Calendar alignment Compass Monthly Calendar Owner: Operations Scorecard Partnership w/ Ops Scorecard owner, Learning & Development Liaison & Operations Communications team Operations Planning & Alignment (OPA) Meeting design Support additional ongoing meeting design Meeting vision & creation Meeting build-out and development Create Sales Plan Verification surveys for Field Operations preparation and other preparation tools Support Operations with the Quality Visit structure and cadence Qualifications Qualifications / Experience Needed: Operations Experience (experience can be a combination of internal or external) Strong knowledge of Store Operations and experienced in Franchisee relations Experience within Retail Operations and understands proactive Operations planning for multiple zone and unit success Actively understand both the Corporate and Franchise Operations operating businesses Possess the desire to support both Corporate and Franchise Operations operating businesses and leadership teams Possess the desire to simplify processes and build ongoing leadership training for Operations and Stores Must demonstrate strong work ethics along with exceptional leadership amongst peers, communication, influencing, public speaking and analytical skills Ability to self-start and self-manage project initiation and project management with multiple stakeholders and often Senior Leadership Must demonstrate strong ability to coach and train Able to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines and competing objectives Desire to learn and grow Effective communicator among Stores, Field Operations, peers, and Senior Leaders Motivated by a fast paced, highly competitive environment with tight timelines to produce products Accelerated Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
