Cracker Barrel is seeking a Loyalty Manager to oversee the planning, communication, and execution of a new customer loyalty program to drive profitable, incremental Guest behavior. This manager will also be part of the program's strategic development and set-up. This Guest-centric leader will have previous experience managing a consumer loyalty program for a national brand, proven experience leading a major initiative roll out, and be collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Support the loyalty strategy development to drive Guest engagement resulting in profitable, incremental Guest behavior including increased frequency and check growth
Develop a comprehensive approach to design, test, rollout, and operation of the program in partnership with internal and external teams
Lead the management and execution of the loyalty program once live system-wide
Partner with key stakeholders throughout the company to develop the organizational processes to ensure the success of the loyalty program for both Guests and Cracker Barrel
Integrate loyalty opportunities into business plans to expand Guest engagement opportunities and achieve financial targets
Partner with FP&A on financial forecasting for the loyalty program including revenue and redemption projections
Leverage analytics to measure program performance, inform future evolution, and discover new usage opportunities to achieve business goals
Make use of the loyalty program data to develop Guest insights to drive a better overall Guest experience and drive more personalized experiences for each Guest
Proven track record of developing and/or executing highly effective customer programs.
Strong communications, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for frequent contacts with internal partners and external agencies.
Passionate champion of the Guest to drive exceptional loyalty experiences.
Strong operations mindset with a focus on understanding real-life execution.
Ability to interpret analytics to drive campaign planning and loyalty strategy.
Experience with a variety of relevant solutions related to loyalty platforms, CRM solutions and data analytics.
Restaurant or retail experience strongly preferred.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other relevant discipline.
Three years of progressive experience managing loyalty programs at retail, restaurant, or hospitality organizations. 5+ years in a professional marketing and/or business role.
